Questions and answers
Are BDG Win and BDG Game the same platform?
Yes. Searchers say BDG Win; the platform's own title and its 'Welcome to BDG Game' line say BDG Game. One account and one login serve both names.
Which tab do I use to log in to BDG Win?
Pick the Phone Number or Email / Account tab, enter the number after +91 or your email address, type your password and tap Log in. Full detail is on the login page.
Can I use my email instead of my phone number?
Yes. The Email / Account tab takes the address you registered with, and the login heading itself says phone number or email.
I forgot my BDG Win password. What now?
Use Forgot password? on the login screen. The screen's note says to contact customer service, and a Contact customer service button sits on the same screen.
What triggers the Account has been locked notice on BDG Win?
More than 10 wrong passwords in a row lock the account. The lock notice tells you to use Forgot password to change to a new password and then log in.
Do I need an invite code to register?
The register form has an Invite code box with no optional marker. Whether it accepts a blank could not be confirmed, so paste the code from the invite code page before tapping Register.
Does BDG Win have an Android or iPhone app to install?
The home screen shows a Download APP button and an Add to Desktop prompt. No store listing, version or iPhone build could be seen, so only those two on-screen options are described here.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
A rotating notice on the home screen says deposits go through UPI and need the UPI ID, the UTR number and the amount to be submitted, while withdrawals are sent to the bank card details on the account. Payment questions go to the platform's customer service, not this guide.
